  • Place the order
  • Confirm your order by making the payment. 
  • We will inform you the order tracking code

2. Do I need to create account to place an order?

No, you can place an order without make an account.

3. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, for now we only ship to one address only. 

4. How long delivery take?

3-5 business days after we confirm your payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. What is your returns/exchange policy?

Exchanged or returned item must comply our policy: 

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

If merchandise is found defective or faulty during receipt, please notify us within 2 days and it can be replaced with no charge and full reimbursement of your shipping cost. 

Some items cannot be returned due to sale program, special agreements with merchants or sanitary reasons.
